BORN TOWNHOMES at BORN MOUNTAIN CLUB

Inspired by old mining villages marching with the mountain slopes, these townhomes will be a part of a larger community of structures at Born Mountain Club to create a new residential village at the base of the A-Lift at Copper Mountain. The ultra-low energy townhomes use biomimicry and natural materials to create a seamless yet modern integration with the surrounding terrain.

Located mid-mountain in the Northstar development at Lake Tahoe, the Flex Pavilion is a 2-story, 4,500sf amenity building for the larger Mountainside residential community and comprises a flex-use room on the upper level and a fitness room on the lower level. Pursuing vigorous high-performance standards with the goals of the 2030 challenge in mind, the building is situated in a dynamic mid-mountain ecosystem that embraces in form and function the inherent natural characteristics of the site. The project is positioned to respond to the natural and contextual site flows that will ultimately contribute an inimitable, intrinsic resource to the greater Mountainside community and showcase the project’s sustainable values.
