SCOPE: 30,000sf repositioned 1962 office/retail building with 18,000sf attached parking
CLIENT: Western Development Group
AWARDS: ­­2006 Building Design + Construction, Silver Reconstruction Award; published in ARCHITECTURAL RECORD as an example of innovative rain screen cladding implementation: a system designed to balance pressure differentials across the cladding, which increases cladding performance and energy efficiency.

GOALS ACHIEVED: welcoming building, innovative terra cotta rainscreen, retail extends to street, top floor balcony creates levity
