As one of fifteen buildings in the 200 acre Chancellory mixed-use development, the design of the Hamilton Lakes East office building had to be distinctive enough to achieve its own identity, yet fit within the overall fabric of the development. The program for this speculative office building called for a Class A, six-story, 150,000 sf facility that would be efficient for commercial office tenants. The quality of the architectural design and detailing were a significant factor in the success of this building in the office market.
