Inspired by historical coastal settlements, Compass Point I is designed in harmony with its natural environment along the Gulf of Mexico. Coastal design of northeastern shingle-style houses merge with regional vernacular solutions to coastal living creating an architectural vocabulary for these 24 homes that is responsive to this time and place.
Compass Point III continues in the tradition of Compass Point I, reminiscent of seaside villages in its details and materials. The undulating roof line is inspired by the massive dunes of this coastal landscape. Balconies, terraces and bay windows give each of the 22 units sweeping views and a distinct character.
