These three luxury condominium buildings have been the catalyst for a new urban neighborhood in a former railroad-switching yard, extending the trendy Lower Downtown area of Denver to the shores of the Platte River. Although each building presents a different spirit, together they create a definite urban block by relating to each other and the LoDo vocabulary in massing and materials. The use of brick recalls Denver's traditional residential architecture and is used here in contemporary pairings with masonry, cast-stone, glass, steel and corrugated metal. Inside, the condominiums are designed loft-style with open, dynamic spaces that are versatile and intimate, exposed concrete columns, ductwork and refined contemporary finishes.

A health club, restaurant, and service-oriented retail occupy the street level encouraging a vibrant, active street environment.
