This 54-unit whole ownership condominium is the first of three buildings creating the base village for the new Bachelor Gulch ski area. The building is designed in the style of the great lodges of the National Park system with large boulders, stone veneer and heavy timber/log structure. Layered shingles and ship lap siding and wood shake roofing complete the palette. The unit mix includes four-bedroom units in the roof structure, three-bedroom units in the main part of the building, and studio, and one one-bedroom unit on the snow level. A communal lounge with a welcoming hearth serves all owners for apres-ski gathering or social relaxation.
