This 64,650 square foot condominium complex is nestled in the woods in Vail, Colorado. The project is comprised of eight duplex buildings with a 42,000 sf below-grade tunnel that contains individual parking for each unit. All 16 units are laid out in two floor plans of 4,500 square feet and 3,500 square feet. Units are connected by a series of pedestrian and bike trails. Each building has a subtle yet distinct character, providing visual variety.
