Located on the edge of metropolitan Denver, this project calls for the revamping and urbanization of an existing master plan for the 58-acre Bradbury property. The Regional Transportation District (RTD) selected the east-west centerline of the property for the location of the Lincoln Avenue Light Rail Station. To be built over several phases, the proposed master planning solution provides the property with a diverse mix of uses. The plan envisions a new urban and transit 'Place,' replete with shops, restaurants, regional bus use, car drop-off, adequate automobile parking, light rail, office space, and a true destination for pedestrian gathering. The area will become both an entertainment destination, as well as a facilitator of urban transit transfer.
