"Building Design + Construction launched an initiative to create a virtual environment which would serve as a portal to unconventional, visionary thinking and products. Building Design + Construction then tasked 4240 to create an architecture that would embrace the ideal in sustainable workplace function and purpose. Discovering through a series of theoretic studies the building needed to have a relationship to its context and the population it would serve. The project scope grew to encompass the nodal plan of the surrounding community and culture."
