With a varied background in projects from large resorts to small interior renovations, in both the private and public sector, Tracy has the ability to respond to diverse project types and client groups. While each project has it's unique requirements, all successful projects result from clearly communicated client goals. Design solutions evolve from working with the client to identify these project goals, presenting options, and collaboratively developing the aesthetic of the project. She respects the client's budget and schedule, pushing the design team to make appropriate design decisions and maintain production schedule.
Her project management skills of communication, organization, and respect empower the team members to work efficiently and effectively. Her knowledge of technical issues and life/safety codes results in practical, workable plans and systems. Having spent time on-site during construction, she understands the need for succinct drawing information a team approach to field solutions that won't impact the construction cost schedule. She is constantly striving to uphold the client's goals, be it during the design or construction phase.
