Terry A. Willis AIA
Born in Michigan and raised in Ohio, Terry resolved this cultural conflict by moving to Colorado to start his career with Skidmore Owings & Merrill after attending Ohio State University. Terry had fourteen years of design and management experience with SOM as project designer, team leader and field office manager of major national and international projects, before joining Urban Design Group in 1994, now 4240.
He has lived and worked in Barcelona and Manila and executed projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and Pakistan. Terry is able to fill a challenging leadership position requiring creative planning, architectural design, technical and management decision making. In addition to project related activities on major mixed-use and transit-oriented developments, Terry is currently the Denver Studio Manager.
