Corey McClenahan LEED® AP
Corey is an Associate at 4240. His design experience spans corporate, residential, governmental and institutional projects. Currently, Corey is managing thoughtful, sustainable design projects for a variety of commercial office spaces including the repositioning of a high-profile office building in downtown Chicago, a new construction office building for a bankruptcy law firm and an interiors project for an integrated advertising and marketing studio.
He is dedicated to producing inspired, high quality work on each project. As an exceptionally organized and detail oriented person, he is able to produce clear and complete documentation in an efficient manner. And, as a good communicator, Corey excels in a collaborative working relationship with clients and other team members.
Corey is a LEED® Accredited Professional, very interested in sustainable design and a member of 4240's sustainable design task force.
