Tarek Mneimneh
Tarek has been with 4240 and the firm' former incarnation [Urban Design Group] since 1999. During this time he has collaborated on the Event Center at Cheyenne Mountain State Park, Zengo Restaurant at the Park Place Lofts at Riverfront Park, and the Gore Creek Condominiums. He is currently the on-site construction administrator of The ArraBelle at Vail Square.
